First, Brictec provides burners for conventional tunnel kilns using natural gas, heavy oil and pulverized coal. The burner system can be configured according to the kiln design, fuel characteristics, required firing temperature and operating conditions. It is designed to support stable kiln-temperature control, efficient combustion and improvements in energy utilization and product consistency under appropriate operating conditions.
Second, Brictec provides dedicated burner solutions for graphite carbonization tunnel kilns used in lithium-battery material production. Drawing on Brictec's thermal-control experience and established project applications, these systems are configured for the high-temperature carbonization and calcination requirements of each project.
